Men’s Fitness author Peter Koch got tips for strength exercises from David Magida. He just opened Elevate Interval Fitness in Washington, D.C. He began facilitating an OCR program in Rock Creek Park. It attracted a lot of OCR aficionados who went through a 90-minute ordeal of running off-trail and hauling sandbags.
